The Champaign County (Illinois) Mental Health Board (CCMHB) and Developmental Disabilities Board (CCDDB) use this site for funding requests and funded program reports.

The Basics

The CCDDB's mission and policies are based on the Community Care  for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 50 Illinois Compiled Statutes 835.

The CCMHB's mission and policies are based on the Community Mental Health Act, 405 Illinois Compiled Statutes 20.

Many downloadable public documents are posted below for convenience, organized as current or archived. By making information available through this site and the Champaign County Illinois government site, we hope that you will be able to find answers to all questions more quickly and more completely.

Notification of Funding Availability

Champaign County Mental Health Board (CCMHB)/ Champaign County Board for Care and Treatment of Persons with a Developmental Disability (CCDDB) - The CCMHB and CCDDB use an online system at www.ccmhddbrds.org for submission of funding requests for the contract year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Applicants register, complete standard forms for each funding request, and if awarded a contract, submit reports through the system. Per the posted timeline, this system will be open for registration and application from December 20, 2024 at 8:00 AM CST to February 10, 2025 at 4:30 PM CST, with no consideration of late applications. Allocation decisions will be made prior to July 1, 2025. For accessible documents or technical assistance, contact lynn@ccmhb.org and stephanie@ccmhb.org.

Meetings are held in the Shields-Carter Room at Brookens Administrative Building, 1776 East Washington Street, Urbana, IL with zoom access for board/staff participation, as permitted under Illinois law, and for members of the public:

The Executive Directors of agencies that have successfully completed the registration process will receive an e-mail containing login credentials.

Instructions

Registration Instructions for Agencies:

  1. Enter your agency's name. Indicate the intended funding source - Champaign County Mental Health Board or Champaign County Developmental Disabilities Board. You will be issued a registration ID which can be used to return to complete the registration process if necessary.
  2. Review and acknowledge that you have read the Funding Requirements and Guidelines.
  3. Complete the online eligibility questionnaire(s) for the funding source(s) you have chosen. There are many questions, so feel free to print the form and later return to this online system to complete the form with your responses. Remember to press "Save my Responses" to avoid having to re-enter data.
  4. Submit the eligibility questionnaire(s) to the Board(s).
  5. Choose a username and submit your completed registration.
  6. Note: Before completing the last step, you may return as often as necessary by using the registration ID issued in Step 1.

Upon completion of the registration process, a password will be e-mailed so that your agency can log in and use the features of the system. Your Executive Director will be able to create additional users with appropriate access to this system.

Be sure to update the Agency Details section with the contact information of the Director and any other staff to be notified. Also in the Agency Details section is a Board Member List. Complete this and update as any of the required information changes.
